Classy, comfortable, and full of mid-sixties style, this 1966 Ford Thunderbird Town Hardtop wears rich burgundy metallic paint over a black vinyl interior. Mostly original and an older restoration, it rolls on 15-inch factory wheels with covers and feels great out on the road. The body is good overall with only minor dings, and the driver-quality paint shows a few imperfections in a couple of spots. The chrome and brightwork carry their age honestly, but they'll still shine with a little polish. Underneath, the undercarriage looks solid. Lift the hood to find a 390 cubic-inch V8 with a four-barrel carburetor, paired with a smooth three-speed automatic. It starts right up every time and runs quietly, just the way a T-Bird should. Inside, the cabin is about 95 percent original, with a dash pad, headliner, and carpet in good shape. The driver's door panel and seat could use some minor attention, and the driver's window needs a look, while the rest roll down nicely.
