1955 FORD Crown Victoria Skyliner Glass Top

Vehicle specifications

Dealer notes

This beautiful 1955 Ford Crown Victoria Skyliner is finished in Tropical Rose & Snowshoe White (WE), an eye-catching combination that highlights the car's classic mid-'50s styling. Being a true Skyliner, it features the distinctive tinted acrylic-plastic roof panel - a rare and desirable option, with only 1,999 Skyliners produced in 1955. Chrome and brightwork are largely original - showing light patina consistent with age, but still in good presentable condition. The rear deck houses one speaker, and trim around the rear glass shows minor blemishes. This example is an older restoration that has been well cared for possibly never driven in bad weather. Under the hood, it's powered by a M-code 272 CID V8 engine paired with an automatic transmission, delivering smooth and reliable performance. The interior is finished in White Vinyl & Magenta (Rose) Vinyl, with a comfortable bench seat and column-mounted shifter. The dash retains its stock appearance, and all major features such as the vacuum wipers, blower fan, and horn are fully functional. Overall, this Crown Victoria Skyliner runs and drives well, offering classic '50s Ford style and sound with timeless appeal. It's a sharp, driver-quality classic ready for weekend cruising or to display proudly at local shows.
