Customer review

I purchased a vehicle from lakeside motors in lewisville tx 5 months ago. At first their customer service was excellent( anything to make a sale). Upon purchasing the vehicle we were told to contact them if anything goes wrong with the vehicle. Today that's just what I did, I contacted them letting them know that the security system that the installed was causing the car not to turn on & they need to fix it. They needed up saying it wasn't their problem & to no longer cal them about this vehicle. I am filing a Lemon law suit against this company and I'm sure it's not the first one. This company "fixes" the vehicle enough for a 6 month use after that they go to shit! Save your money, don't go to them.

Customer review

Worst experience ever...I would never recommend these guys to anyone. Super nice when they are courting you to buy, but after the purchase (when you realize they sold you a lemon) they dodge your calls & when they do finally answer, tell you "IT'S NOT THEIR PROBLEM ANYMORE". Would advise steering clear of this janky used car dealership.
