Under the hood sits a 383 stroker V8 making 526 HP and 514 ft/lb of torque, backed by an Edelbrock intake, Holley carb, electric fuel pump, serpentine belt system, MSD ignition, a cool aluminum radiator with twin electric fans, and Hooker headers. Power reaches the pavement through a bulletproof Richmond 5-speed with scattershield and Hurst shifter, feeding a Ford 9'' rear end geared at 4:10. Modern handling comes from front struts, a Heidt's front subframe and 4-link rear, power rack-and-pinion with tilt steering, a full 2x3 frame, and 4-wheel power disc brakes, so it handles as well as it launches. Inside, front buckets and a rear bench sit under fresh upholstery, with new carpeting, door panels, and a headliner that all look showroom-fresh.
