Dealer notes

BRAND NEW BMW FACTORY ENGINE INSTALLED AT 93K MILES WITH $22,000 RECEIPT FROM BMW DEALERSHIP INCLUDED!!! $13,500.00 IN FACTORY OPTIONS AND PACKAGES! Super clean and highly optioned X5 xDrive50i with the powerful 4.8L Twin Turbo V8 engine and 8spd automatic transmission with xDrive AWD. This is a local 2-owner trade in here on a Porsche Turbo that was purchased Certified Pre-Owned from the local BMW dealership where it was serviced regularly. At about 93K miles, the vehicle began consuming more than normal amounts of oil between services and the BMW dealership determined that it needed a new engine to correct the problem. Since this was a known problem for the N63TU engine, BMW covered half the cost of a brand new crate engine installed at the BMW dealership at 93K miles in 2024. The vehicle comes with the receipt for $22,000 (the customer pay amount was half, about $11K) for new engine and associated components, as well as a full complement of other service records from the BMW dealership, as well as both remote smart key fobs, books, manuals, and all weather floor liners. This vehicle is loaded with $13,500.00 in factory options and packages including: Luxury Package, Extended "BMW INDIVIDUAL" Merino Full Leather Interior Package in Amaro Brown and Black, Executive Package, LED Lighting Package, Driving Assistance Plus Package, Cold Weather Package, Apple CarPlay, Running boards, Heated and cooled front seats, Parking Assistant automated parking system, Heated steering wheel, Rear heated seats, Blind Spot monitor and lane keeping system, Collision mitigation system, 20-way comfort front seats with memory, Surround view camera system, Towing package with removable hitch included, and so much more. An incredible price to get a fully loaded X5 with the 445HP V8 engine with only 30K miles and all the new 2024 engine upgrades! Price does not include $299 processing fee
